Polly Kawalek, an acclaimed food industry veteran, has joined Insight Advisory Partners as a Senior Advisor.  Polly spent 25 years with The Quaker Oats Company and its successor, Quaker Foods (now part of PepsiCo), starting her career as a Marketing Assistant, then rising through the ranks to become President in 1996, a position she held for eight years before retiring in 2004.  Among her other accomplishments, Polly currently sits on the board of directors of John Bean Technologies (NYSE:  JBT) and Elkay Manufacturing.  Her vast experience in the CPG industry further augments IAP’s presence in this dynamic category.
